Elekta Pte Ltd is recruiting a Global Product Marketing Manager, Business Line Linac Solutions and based at Elekta\xe2\x80\x99s office in Singapore.

DESCRIPTION

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) uses technical, clinical, and market expertise to develop compelling value propositions, messaging and positioning strategies, developing supporting proof points and identifying new opportunities for Elekta\xe2\x80\x99s solutions with focus on the Conventional Linacs Treatment Delivery solutions portfolio.

The PMM will be responsible for outbound marketing strategies & programmes. The PMM will work closely with the Global Product Organization (GPO) to develop strategies & content and partner with Regional Marketing to facilitate the development & implementation of enablement programmes critical in activating the sales teams & channels to achieve financial & market share targets for the treatment delivery portfolio.

The PMM will own the product commercialization process and coordinate & drive pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases for new product releases as well as marketing programmes.

The PMM will particularly drive and work with the regions to ensure successful & on-time regional and local launch new products and solutions, monitor their performance and implement and adapt strategy as required to reach new order & profitability targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial & market share targets:
  • Responsible for achieving financial targets of the conventional linacs treatment delivery solutions including:
  • New order intake
  • Profitability
  • Price performance
  • Market share growth targets
Value Proposition, Product positioning definition and execution:
  • Work closely with key internal & external partners to understand market needs, unsolved problems, and pain points, and support Global Product Organization (GPO) define innovation priorities.
  • Definition of strategic positioning against the competition, within the Elekta solutions portfolio and alternative treatment modalities.
  • Development of competitive value proposition and messaging for the Elekta\xe2\x80\x99s conventional Linac Treatment Delivery solutions relying on domain & market knowledge and competitor insights.
  • In line with the COFP model (Clinical \xe2\x80\x93 Operational \xe2\x80\x93 Financial - Patient)
  • For identified key target groups / stakeholders & market segments
  • Identification and development of solid proof points, supporting value proposition, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Effectively coordinate and leverage internal and external expert resources (e.g. focus groups, advisors, etc.) to validate and continually improve the value proposition, messaging, product positioning, related strategies, and deliverables.
Strategy & Programme development and implementation:
  • Work closely with internal & external partners to identify market growth & differentiation opportunities and develop & implement programmes & campaigns to enable sales to achieve shared product line financial targets.
  • Work closely with internal partners to develop relevant & innovative content and deliver key messages to defined customer segments & target market segments through innovative campaign channels.
  • Work with Regional Marketing to track progress of relevant KPI\xe2\x80\x99s to support demand generation & achievement of financial targets.
  • Work closely with Global Marcom for the definition and development of marcom activities (marcom materials, PR/media relations, web pages digital media activities, etc.).
  • Work closely with regional event management teams to provide guidance and support to large events and tradeshows.
Sales tools and proof-point development & enablement:
  • Work with internal partners including E&T to produce relevant & innovative sales tools & facilitate product training & other enablement activities for the sales teams incl. positioning & messaging of key selling points & competitive objection handling. Develop KPI\xe2\x80\x99s to track sales compliance and content success.
  • Work with Regional Marketing to close loop with sales & review and optimize sales tools. Perform competitive review and analysis & leverage learnings to modify and adapt messaging, communications & positioning to local challenges & opportunities.
  • Provide support & offer expertise to other Product Marketing teams to reinforce the value proposition of solutions & product bundles.
  • Work closely with medical affairs & external customer partners on definition and development of key claims with proof-points to feed clinical marketing collateral & output.
Drive commercialization process for new product introductions & marketing programmes:
  • Participate & support cross-functional commercialization activities (pre, during and post commercial launch), working closely with the cross-functional team, and lead overall commercialization management activities as Commercialization Manager as needed.
  • Coordinate with multi-functional workstream leaders to achieve key deliverables corresponding to the Commercialization Process (COP) milestones.
  • Overall responsibility for new product launches and marketing programmes.
RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Healthcare Technology. MSc or MBA is a plus. Clinical background in Radiation Oncology is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years product marketing and/or Product management experience. Sales experience within the healthcare space is a consideration. Experience in Radiation Oncology is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin Chinese.
  • Expertly skilled at producing & delivering highly polished, compelling and professional presentations.
  • Demonstrates creativity.
  • Experience from working in and managing within a truly international, global organization. Experience in China is a must & other emerging markets is a plus.
  • Experience from working cross-functionally, and in cross-location teams.
  • Self-sufficiency to identify solutions and strategic direction, in spite of high degrees of ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Ability to multi-task and successfully execute projects under a heavy workload and changing conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal/collaborative skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel locally & internationally (up to 30%).
