Key Requirements
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing strategies. You'll be responsible for shaping the way in which we promote and develop our products, helping us to strengthen our brand and enable sales. The roles requires a strategic and quantitative thinker, able to process technological concepts and explain them in an approachable manner. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, able to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to help build the product narrative and convey the core value of our offerings.

  • Understand the ins and outs of each product/solution, market & client segmentation & needs/painpoints, able to effectively develop product value proposition and messages to enterprise clients.
  • Experience in and knowledge of marketing, messaging and search engine optimization to ensure product campaign reaches right audience
  • Research and analytical capabilities across market, competitive and customer insights
  • Concept and selling point extraction: in line with the product team, extract the selling point of the product, translate the product function into user value, and build up the persuasive narratives.
  • Material production: coordinate the production of product related materials used by customer oriented team, including PPTs, videos, factsheets, etc
  • Marketing coordination: Develop the go-to-market plan for product / feature launches through a series of channels including social media, PR, event marketing, to achieve branding awareness and increase sales performance.
  • Working with content and digital marketing team to create materials that enable sales and drive awareness and lead generation across the buyer's/customer's journey
  • Evangelise our products and solution both inside and outside the business
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, brand marketing, social media, web development and product management to drive the execution of our product journey.
Who You Are
The right candidate will have relevant experience within the tech industry, particularly with relation to AI, Data, Cloud and Video solutions. The individual must achieve credibility with product group and Sales leadership, while maintaining a healthy tension to drive our commercial objectives.
To be successful in this role, you have
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing within a tech and enterprise business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading technical marketing in a global software organisation or related field.
  • Knowledge of Cloud, AI, Data or video space
  • Quick learner with a solid product/tech background.
  • Understand the product marketing landscape and a strategic thinking, providing insights and lead marketing strategies.
  • Strong agility to adapt to and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Creative, logical with a high level of content skills.
  • An excellent communicator who is comfortable working cross functions will be effective in a dynamic environment.
