Key Responsibilities
Develops diverse scope business & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share
Conducts diverse competitive analysis for specific products or product lines. Drives Red Team Analysis.
Assists with diverse pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions
Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements
Understands technical and business environments. Assists with the development of strategies to meet business objectives
Supports the Field to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimization of all opportunities for account partnership and penetration
Manages release of diverse products through the end of their product life cycle
Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience
Experience with minimum 10+ years of Semiconductor industry experience.
Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in Semiconductor Fabrication Equipment with preference to Metal Deposition , Assembly (Bonding), Wet process Products operation and business
Experience in Advanced Packaging processes like Bump, TCB, Wafer to Wafer & Die to Wafer Hybrid Bonding, Advanced Substrates
Customer focused - Strong business and commercial acumen with previous product leadership, management or marketing/sales experience. Experience dealing with Advanced Foundry and Memory customers a plus
Proven Semiconductor equipment Product management experience with ability to develop and execute product strategies
Positive can do entrepreneurial attitude that builds support
Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extends confidence and humility
Experience building and delivering executive level presentations.
Ability to innovate and solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.
Critical thinking and ability to influence and communicate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders (technologists, engineering, Ops, finance, marketing, strategy).
Ability to anticipate customer needs, business and regulatory issues; recommend product, process or service improvements.
Excellent time management and project management
