We are pleased to be partnering a forward-looking Professional Services conglomerate to appoint a Global Total Rewards Manager (circa. $120k fixed base excluding bonuses) into the organisation. With a strong 50-year history as their foundation, the client has proven to be one of the most recognisable players with a sustainable business model within the industry. As part of an ongoing transformation roadmap towards organisational excellence, they are looking for a highly consultative Rewards professional to join their Group Human Resources (HR) team. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.Reporting into the Group Rewards Lead, the incoming will drive meaningful Rewards strategies (mainly on Compensation with some Benefits coverage) across all business units that sit under the broader umbrella. Aside from Singapore, other locales covered include the broader Asia-Pacific and European regions so geographically expansive in scope. As this is a Group level position, it is highly strategic so the mandate lies very much with the design and prescription of relevant policies, frameworks and analyses surrounding base compensation, bonus, short- and long-term incentives. Daily operations are handled by in-country colleagues and the HR Shared Services team so that the Group Rewards team can focus on delivering quality Rewards blueprints. Put simply, you will serve as an internal consultant who facilitates a comprehensive and effective Total Rewards environment at the core. Preparing and delivering an effective communications toolkit on rewards programmes and policies is equally important, as it ensures that colleagues understand how they will be evaluated, rewarded, or developed, according to their performance.This role will undoubtedly require candidates who have strong knowledge of Total Rewards, especially with regards to the design of incentive plans (especially ESOP). Hence, those who possess a blend of consulting (particularly executive compensation) and inhouse, corporate experience will be looked upon favourably. Aside from possessing the requite knowledge, strong interpersonal skills are also key since this is a stakeholder management heavy position.
