We are partnering a well-established Media giant to appoint a Regional Total Rewards Manager into the organisation. As among the most premiere media providers in the world, the client has footprints across the major markets and has recently turned their focus on expanding the Asia region. Owing to such plans for further expansion, they are looking for a Compensation & Benefits expert who is keen to be part of an ongoing effort towards developing a comprehensive Total Rewards roadmap that would allow Human Resources (HR) to attract and retain the right talents. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role with pathway towards team management.Reporting into the APAC HR Director based in North Asia, the successful individual will help drive the Total Rewards agenda for markets in North, South and Southeast Asia, that is to identify gaps and propose solutions for enhancements, with the base intention of devising bespoke solutions that are best aligned with the overall philosophy. The region does possess a fair level of autonomy so you will not only oversee the successful execution of C&B programs/processes, but also design and facilitates a comprehensive Total Rewards environment. This includes partnering HR Business Partners on educational and mindset management activities, preparing and delivering effective communication toolkit on any changes etc., as it ensures that colleagues understand how they will be evaluated, rewarded, or developed, according to their performance.This role will undoubtedly require candidates who have strong knowledge of the global Rewards landscape, with Asia-Pacific (APAC) highly sought after. Those who possesses a blend of consulting and inhouse, corporate experience will be looked upon favourably since this role will go beyond mere business-as-usual tasks. Aside from technical proficiencies, strong interpersonal skills are also key since this is a stakeholder management heavy position.
