We are pleased to be retained on a GM of HR \xe2\x80\x93 SEA opportunity with a leading industrial engineering client market presence spanning more than 20 countries. As one of the key players, our client\xe2\x80\x99s brand is rooted in the belief that innovation is key, an ethos that has enabled them to achieve sustained growth. To further their drive for excellence to meet a widely expanding business globally, our client is seeking a HR Leader to help to set \xe2\x80\x98best in class\xe2\x80\x99 standards across their HR operations and to maintain a high level of governance and integrity.
Reporting to the VP of HR APAC, the GM of HR SEA will be responsible to critically evaluate and create impactful HR strategies and roadmap to provide the growth in SEA markets. Managing a team in the region, the GM of HR SEA is the go-to-person for senior leadership to seek advice across a myrid of HR and Talent strategy to ensure that the business continues its growth trajectatory while managing a high level of integrity across their regional portfolio.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably gained within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering industry with proven growth stories in SEA markets. You have prior experience in re-energizing and modernizing HR processes and is a strong communicator and influencer to work effectively within a matrix and culturally diverse environment. With team leading experience, you are a proven leader and coach to support and build an agile and forward thinking HR shared services team, and empathic and culturally matured individual.
