Assist HOU in overseeing all functions in CADD, its respective supporting guidelines as well as all controls are in place (or to be placed) to ensure adherence to the existing Bank\'s standards.
Assist HOU in the periodic or ad hoc review of the unit\'s procedures, SLAs, KPIs, etc.
Assist HOU in the management of CADD\'s outsourced tasks.
Assist HOU in carrying out initiatives to drive quality and efficiency in the CADD functions (e.g., improve the quality of the CDDs processed by the teams, improve the cycle time by automating certain tasks, etc.).
Act as the key person and lead the Risk and Control framework of the CADD unit (for both Retail and Non-Retail)
Manage all Control Effectiveness Testing (CETs) for CADD
Monitor completion of all regulatory and audit action items (from Regulators, internal and external Audits)
Assist in completing CADD\'s RCSA, RICA, and all relevant requirements
Oversee CADD\'s adherence to the Group\'s risk and control requirements as stated in Group\'s documents, e.g., Group Operational Event and Loss Data Management Procedure, Risk and Control Self-Assessment Procedures, and other related/superseding documents
Support the improvement of the CADD\'s overall risk awareness.
Manage periodic reporting under CADD.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in a related discipline
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in CDD/AML for FIs, Project Management, Risk and Control
Subject matter expert on project management
Subject matter expert on risk and control infrastructure
