' Managing EXCITING National Parade event ' Working hours: Mon - Fri, office hours Location: Lavender Salary: Up to $3,500/month Duration: 5-6 months, subject to extension Responsibilities: ' Managing EXCITING National Parade event ' Working hours : Mon - Fri, office hours Location : Lavender Salary : Up to $3,500/month Duration : 5-6 months, subject to extension Responsibilities : Sorting, packing and sending of tickets to invited guests Sales of additional non-complimentary tickets to invited guests Developing hospitality plans and management of parade's invited guests Drawing and maintaining the seating plan for invited guests Liaise with different costume vendors and contingent choreographers to ensure the timely production of costumes Prepare parade production charts and follow up after production meetings Support Production Managers to plan for parade items and coordinate with the respective performing groups Perform admin duties and assist in supporting roles for parade and its peripheral events Requirements : Possesses at least a Diploma in any field Experience in Programme Co-ordination is a bonus Proficiency in Excel is a must, excellent communication skills To apply, please click 'Apply Now' or send your updated resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] with the Subject 'Temp Programmes Executive (Parade)'.
