JOB DESCRIPTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader The successful candidate will be a member of the Marketing team, and is expected to work independently. Ideally the candidate needs to like animals, and have the patience to work with animals. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualise and develop visual artworks for marketing materials \xe2\x80\x93 brochures, banners, posters, videos and mailers for both traditional and digital realms
- Conceptualise product design and develop visually enticing packaging for new products
- Conceptualise the showcases during product launches
- Work closely with sales team with regards to product launch and market positioning
- Work closely with printers, copywriters, photographers, external illustrators, other marketing specialists and designers
- Develop and update the website content
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that the product brochures & marketing materials are available
- Diploma/ Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia disciplines
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Creative with strong interests in companion animals
- Willingness and ability to work with companion animals
- Friendly demeanour and sociable
- Ability to work independently, while working well as a team player
- Must be well versed in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshops etc
- Must be familiar with MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Must be able to write and converse in proper English
