Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating illustrations, graphic designs, and layouts that effectively communicate our brand messages and meet our clients\' requirements. You will also be involved in the entire design process, from conceptualization to specification and sampling. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about graphic design, has a good understanding of printing processes, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

• Create illustrations, graphic designs, and layouts for various marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Demonstrate knowledge of printing processes and ensure that designs are print-ready and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their creative direction and communication objectives, transforming them into innovative and visually appealing designs.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and professional responses.
• Participate in the entire design process, including conceptualization, specification, and sampling.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties related to graphic design and administration, as assigned.

• Diploma/Degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Art, Advertising, or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates with a passion for graphic design are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and verbal, to write advertisement content.
• Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Salary will be commensurate based on experience and qualification.
