Job Description


As a Graphic Designer, you lead Brand Marketing for a 1 to 2 new brand/s to drive overall marketing strategy including both online and offline activations to ensure top of mind brand recall and revenue generation through creating exciting touchpoints for customers and meeting customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.


Responsibilities:

In addition to following Kiosk Collective policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Brand Building

  • Plan, develop and implement brand marketing strategy to build, develop and improve positive brand perception to customers.
  • Plan, develop, implement exciting and engaging campaign concept and contents that connect brand with customers and improve brand experience index. (BX Score)
  • Plan, develop, implement strategies to achieve awards that improve overall group / BU branding standing in IEO market.
  • Conduct brand perception and consumer insights analysis and provide recommendation for improvement to group marketing manager / Chief Operating Officer
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Ability to drive the success of a brand including obtaining market share, building top of mind recall, and increasing toplines.
Sales Building
  • Plan, Develop, implement campaigns that drive sales incremental sales and product PSPD uplift.
  • Plan, develop, implement in-store, deliveries campaign merchandizing to drive incremental TC from both new and existing customers.
  • Plan and implement tactical collaboration with e-commence, delivery platforms, communities\xe2\x80\x99 partners on sales building initiatives.
  • Conduct campaign sales and product PSPD analysis and provide trending, learnings and projection advice to Business Unit Managers, Brand General Manager and Chief Operating Officer to achieve sales and product PSPD KPI & ensure detailed reporting and evaluation of campaign success.
  • Preparing Campaign Store brief and liaising with operations team for executional work for every campaign launch. Follow-up on both store front and delivery platform set-up are well executed.
Administration
  • Updating Brand website/delivery platforms/menu/links
  • Liaise directly with KOLs or publications for any media drop for the brands.
  • Manage and maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s owned media including websites, social media and CRM/Email Marketing systems.
  • Collaboration between marketer and Designer to manage the creation of relevant and engaging content for publishing onto various marketing channels.
  • Adhere to Country Laws / Organization regulations on legislative and policies for marketing campaigns communication and PDPA compliance.
  • Research on market trends, brand\xe2\x80\x99s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Support Brand related visual designs, creativity and communications to support brand needs. Example Hiring. Video and photoshoot content creator to support all brands based on marketing calendar.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Visual Communications/Design/Creative or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in the creative agency/industry
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
