Job Description

Our client is a global conglomerate renowned for its diverse range of consumer electronics products including smartphones, TVs, home appliances, semiconductors, and more.Design and Creative ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the brand team to understand marketing needs and design retail-related materials that enhance product visibility and promotional impact.Create and manage designs for a wide range of in-store and online materials, including:

• In-store promotional posters (various sizes)
• Social media posts
• Digital visuals for online and large format displays (LFDs)
• X banners
• Event flyers and posters
• Promotional vouchers
• Display promo blurbs (for mobile, tablet, or wearable devices)
• Product specification cards
• Other POSM (Point of Sale Materials)
• Digital screens

Support brand marketing and online marketing teams by designing or adapting visuals for digital and social media platforms, including:

• Digital banners for partner websites
• Facebook and Instagram posts

Workload and Peak Period Management

• Peak periods (Key flagship launches):

• Manage and deliver up to 80-100 artworks with unlimited revisions and updates across various teams (IM TM, IM Marcom, Online Marketing).
• Low periods (Non-flagship periods):

• Deliver 30-50 artworks with similar revision and update requirements.

Creative Expertise

• Maintain a strong portfolio and expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (basic mastery required).
• Think creatively to develop innovative design concepts and visuals that engage and attract shoppers.
• Provide copywriting support when needed.

Project Management

• Effectively multitask to complete multiple design projects within designated timelines.
• Coordinate with service centers for the repair of Retail Display Units (RDUs).
• Work with external vendors for the production and printing of POSM materials.
