RESPONSIBILITIES

In-charge the marketing and design department as a team leader
Lead design interaction and collaborate with colleagues of the desired plans
Conceptualize and create POPs such as posters, banners, website materials, social media materials, visual merchandising and press releases, tec. to achieve objectives.
Develop graphics for website, company profile, video ads and manage company website to ensure timely update of relevant contents
Liaise and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and ensure all collaboration and promotional work are properly executed
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for papers and other printing materials including management of printing materials
Assist in store opening display and implementation of visual displays in all Singapore stored
Oversee printing procedures to ensure colour accuracy and image quality are met
Coordinate with other departments and stores to launch promotion campaigns or visual merchandising suggestions
Prepare communication materials as per needed and maintain the brand\'s image according to guidelines for internal and external communications
Ensure that all branches required POP delivery timelines are met
Support customer service and online shop platform activities
Perform other duties as required by superiors
