Job Description

Our client is an established regional manufacturer with the Group office in Singapore. In view of business transformation plans, they are seeking an experienced Group Controller who will report to the Group Finance Director in the Finance organisation. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

1) Responsible for all finance reportings, financial forecast, budget and analysis.

2) Responsible for financial management, including cash, taxes, transfer pricing, credit controls, internal controls, etc.

3) Oversee the daily operations of GL, AR,AP, invoicing, cash, fixed Assets/intangiles, etc; Maintain and update ERP system; Approve or initiate internal approval process as finance manager.

4) Coordinate with intenal/external parties such as auditors, investors, tax authorities, insurance agents, etc for various matters.

5) As Group Controller, support Group Finance Director to do consolidation, prepapre various group reports, maintain financial statements for group\'s holding companies.

6) Prepare group consilidated financial statements, such as Anaplan report to investors, group report requested by customers / vendors, etc.

7) Coordinate with internal/external parties for group matters, such as group insurance and auditing.

8) Prepare monthly reports for group\'s holding companies.

Requirements\xef\xbc\x9a

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in accounting or related areas. CPA is a plus.

2. Around 5 years of experience in an MNC. Hands-on experience as a group controller or HQ controller is preferred.

3. Familiar with ERP systems (Kingdee is strongly preferred). Good skills on MS office software, especially Excel.

4. Strong interpersonal & communication skills; collaborative and works well in teams.

5. Highly responsible, detailed oriented and proactive. Respect timelines and can work under pressure.
