Strategy and Business Business Strategy End to end responsibility and P&L ownership for CPBB Deposits globally. Develop and execute on short term and long-term business strategy to build competitive advantage and gain market share. Develop and execute on Deposits product roadmap to deliver growth while maintaining operational resilience. Product Proposition, Pricing and Portfolio Management Drive the launch of winning product propositions including all aspects such as pricing strategy, marketing and communications plan and distribution strategy. Prepare the pricing strategy for products encompassing new and existing book. Run portfolio initiatives to drive balance sheet and revenue growth as per the relevant business priorities. Digital Sales Enablers Drive the launch and adoption of new digital acquisition and marketing tools and enablers to help drive deposits balance sheet momentum. Engage relevant stakeholders across teams to build use cases for digital CASA squads. Ensure successful launch and adoption of marketing technology tools and enablers. Partnerships Explore new partnership opportunities and launch with innovative constructs and campaign designs. Manage the partner and internal stakeholders and meet all internal and external governance and risk requirements related to these partnerships. People & Talent Lead through example and build culture of collaboration across teams. Employ, engage, and develop high quality talent with succession planning for critical roles. Partner with HR and create robust development program for product and segment teams in line with changing banking landscape. Our Ideal Candidate 12 +yearsof experience in Banking , product management i.e Deposits. Refresh strategy in line with the market developments and create a positioning for SCB to increase client wallet share using payments as a key enabler across client segments Develop competitive P2P domestic capabilities and drive usage of the faster deposits ecosystem Own and manage the Debit card product including product management, deal management with schemes and driving capabilities like Digital debit experience with controls & budget management Build strong e-commerce capabilities to improve auth rates and reduce friction on experience Interaction and proposition co-development with key OEM wallet players - Samsung, Apple, Google etc Wallet connectivity with large local wallets as part of CVP offering Interaction and proposition co-development with key social payments players. Work with countries to understand the new developments in the market including regulatory changes and continuously review the global product standard to ensure that new developments, changes including best practices are embedded into the global product standard and made available to all relevant countries globally. Thus ensure we understand, explore & build once and implement globally. Define system requirements for new products/features/CVPs and work with ITO to ensure that the same is built once as a standard and implemented globally. Work with external stakeholders to create the right outcome for SCB Ensure effective rollout of capabilities across markets by working with geographic multifunctional teams.
