Group Retail Leasing Executive

Job Description
You will report to the Head, Group Retail Leasing and be responsible for managing the lease administration function under the group retail leasing team. This includes the preparation of lease documents, tenancy schedules and maintenance of tenancy database. Other responsibilities include the compilation and preparation of ad-hoc and period leasing-related reports for the respective properties under the Commercial and Hospitality divisions. You will also provide administrative support to the Group Retail Leasing team. Requirements:
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration or other related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail lease administration
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP
- Meticulous and detailed, highly organised and able to work under tight deadlines
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
