Our Client is Singapore’s public-listed property companies with an extensive portfolio of development and investment properties, hotels and serviced suites.


Responsibilities:

• Report to the Assistant General Manager
• Ability to lead the team towards The KPIs and Targets set
• Preparation of reports and presentations to the Senior Management and Stakeholders
• Sourcing and reviewing potential Tenants and new retail concepts
• Recommending and negotiating lease terms, leasing activities for existing and new tenants
• Manage existing leases and tenants’ relations

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate / Marketing or equivalent
• 8 years’ experience in retail leasing/ shopping mall management
• Strong network in the retail market and sense of the latest trends
• Good understanding of retail concepts, shopping mall leasing procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
• Good knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Proactive and highly customer- centric
