Senior Group Retail Leasing Executive

Job Description
At the Group level, you will work with the group and properties\xe2\x80\x99 leasing teams to source for relevant retail concepts and tenants to achieve targeted trade mix for the achievement of targets and KPIs. Your role includes, and is not limited to negotiation of lease terms, handling of all leasing activities and managing existing leases and tenant relations. To support the Group\xe2\x80\x99s diverse asset classes, you will also be responsible for leasing retail units in the Group\xe2\x80\x99s residential developments and overseas projects. Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate/Marketing or equivalent
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in shopping mall management/retail leasing
- Strong network in the retail market and a keen sense of the latest retail trends
- Good understanding of retail concepts, shopping mall leasing procedures, management of operations and trade mix planning
- Good knowledge in structuring leasing contracts with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resourceful and strong team player with excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
