I am looking to hire a Group Risk Management (Insurance) AVP for my client, a real estate conglomerate. This is a newly created role at the Group level, with a Global scope, that will oversee the Group Insurance Programme.Key responsibilitiesThis role is responsible for driving cost effective risk transfer in line with risk appetite, identification of potential insurance coverage gaps (e.g. in terms of policy structure, limits, etc.), evaluating insurable risks, and providing governance oversight on operational resilience across the Group. This role will also work alongside Group Legal, Strategy, Finance, and leverage on insurance broker(s) to optimize the Group\'s insurance coverage.RequirementsYou should have a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Economics, and certifications / qualifications in insurance. Prior experience (~10-15 years) managing insurance for large enterprises and knowledge of insurance and risk management concepts are required to be considered for this position.
