About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly expanding company specializing in technology lifecycle management services and recycling. As the foremost provider of sustainable asset lifecycle solutions worldwide, our client oversees the management of countless devices across the world and serves a diverse clientele, encompassing major players in IT, prominent multinational companies, as well as government entities and various other organisations.

• Assist in the creation of transfer pricing documentation reports for the group, adhering to guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in collecting relevant information for transfer pricing compliance purposes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to handle tax-related inquiries, issues and negotiations
• Aid in the preparation and submission of local direct and indirect tax returns for entities in Singapore
• Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, conduct research on tax issues and advise the Group on potential tax impacts and opportunities
• Take part in tax incentives initiatives and assist in relevant incentive applications and compliance obligations
• Identify opportunities for improving processes in tax-related workflows and systems
• Offer tax advice to business teams, ensuring that tax considerations are integrated into decision-making processes
• Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance /ACCA, CPA or equivalent
• Candidates who possess an accreditation from Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals are highly encouraged to apply
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with transfer pricing or tax compliance related role
• Good working knowledge of OCED and local transfer pricing guidelines
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Responsible, reliable team player who is keen to learn and grow with the organisation
