Growth Account Manager, Merchant Payments
Purpose of the role
Provide Account Management activities to Top/Regional Airlines and other Travel Merchant accounts headquartered in Americas.
Commercial responsible of the P&L of these accounts, by driving volume through the contracted agreement. Analyze and execute action plans to accelerate merchant adoption and solution use.
Proactive support to the account, including exposure to :
1- Latest Trends.
2- Latest Products Evolutions.
3- Growth/Upsell/CrossSell opportunities.
4- Amadeus Merchant Payments Management when applicable.
Define a communication plan including account reviews and QBR and support with specific campaigns to increase volume and associated revenues. Prepare and present sales offers covering customer needs and customer life cycle.
A successful Account Manager will ultimately play a role in their customers differentiation from their competitors in the Merchants Payments arena. They will understand the strategic business needs of the customer to propose a consultative approach to help us maximize revenue, adoption and customer satisfaction.
