We are looking for a talented Growth Manager to set up our first marketing organization by implementing best-in-class internal processes, tools, analytics, and display excellence in deliverables and results.The Growth Manager is responsible for setting up and building a newly created marketing organization, setting up marketing processes, and growing the company's client base through developing and implementing multi-channel strategies, among other tasks.The Growth Manager should be comfortable finding creative ways to build a pipeline, expand an online presence, connect our company to industry communities, and help identify and engage decision-makers.The Growth Manager will deliver various types of content to expand our digital footprint, awareness, prospects, and leads. This complex role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, self-discipline, ability to operate with minimal supervision, and project management skills.The Growth Manager will identify, hire, mentor, and grow a team of onshore and offshore specialists to meet the objectives of growth and excellence.QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as a Growth Marketing Manager/Marketing Director or similar roles whose primary function is to focus on digital growth and marketing.
  • Experience in, or demonstrated understanding and solid grasp of B2B Business Development and/or Sales Development.
  • Preferably in an Engineering/Architecture/Construction/Outsourcing industry but not required
  • Successful experience planning, implementing, running, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
  • Hands-on experience producing content for the web specifically and channel-specific knowledge (blog, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in building audiences online or offline
  • Collaboration and support of Sales organization with marketing materials, process, systems, data
  • Experienced in B2B lead generation
  • Should be familiar with the sales cycle and basics of cold marketing and funnel building
  • Solid command of PPC, SEO, Remarketing, Email-based Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • A dual-minded approach: You're highly creative but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience is desired.
  • Working knowledge of CAD design or engineering/ architectural industries is a plus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:A. Strategic Marketing
  • Help formulate, discuss, finalize, and implement key brand pillars and initiatives:
  • Market size and sell/ upsell potential analytics
  • Competitive Research and ongoing benchmarking
  • Diversification into additional industries
  • Target Audiences/ Personas
  • Key Messaging per Persona/ pain points/reasons to believe
  • Brand Personality / Tone of Voice
  • Creative Guide and Brand Look and Feel
  • New Products and Services
  • Campaigns to ramp up new logo acquisition
  • Identification and enrollment of partners/resellers
B. Content Management and SEO
  • Establish the company and the CEO as thought leaders on topics relevant to the target audience's needs. Search for opportunities and implement optimization strategies, maximize content syndication opportunities, and ROI on content investments.
  • Research keywords, trends, competition, current content utilization and SEO metrics. Optimize existing content for better ranking (pillar pages planning, cannibalization, keyword density improvement, etc.).
  • Monitor the progress of the corporate website and blog content, propose and implement improvements to content-driven inbound marketing strategies.
  • Complete diagnostics and update / enhance the website and SEO, as needed.
  • Collaborate with Subject-Matter Experts to develop new content and make sure they are SEO-optimized. Collaborate with the writer(s) and strategist.
  • Create marketing materials (case studies, service sheets, etc.) to be on brand and follow best practices
  • Research opportunities to publish, contribute to, and support discussions in relevant communities/ publications on the topics of relevance, including global opportunities.
C. ABM Management
  • Plan, design, write, implement, test, and optimize ABM email campaigns to prospects, nurturing campaigns to diverse segmented warm audiences.
  • Build and optimize email automation, combine social media, email, and other channels.
  • Should be proficient in email automation and email copywriting, sensitive to avoid spam filters, and knowledgeable in inbox placement maximization.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience is desired.
D. CRM Management
  • Setup, cleanup, and ongoing management of incoming lead lists, list validation, list prep and records normalization, hygiene, collaboration on research, and completion of research to ensure the target list is clean and usable. Maintenance and management of corporate CRM (user management, files storage, content assets, etc.)
E. Website Administration and Landing Pages
  • Maintain, upgrade, revise, protect, and continuously optimize the performance of the corporate website as well as other online properties, such as landing pages.
F. Customer Marketing and Upsells
  • Ideate, propose, develop, and implement customer marketing and upselling programs to increase current per-customer revenue and migrate more customers to recurring revenue models.
G. Paid Ads
  • Benchmark competitive ads, complete deep research of actual searches by potential customers, design paid search campaigns and landing pages (with support from a graphic designer).
  • Set up and run a Paid Search Ads (Google, Bing, LinkedIn) program from start to finish: research, planning, design, copy, keywords, setup, optimization, reporting.
  • Conduct ongoing experiments. Add other paid ads opportunities, as needed (YouTube retargeting, Display ads, Google Discovery, etc.) Ensure that conversion rates meet or exceed the industry average. Optimize for better Quality Score and higher consideration among target audiences.
H. Conversion Optimization
  • Work across all touchpoints with the prospects/ customers to identify gaps and improve conversion. Channels include but are not limited to website, landing pages, marketing emails, sales outreach.
I. Graphic Design
  • Provide support with professional graphic design work. Ensure proper storage and catalog of all creative assets are maintained and accessible to the organization.
J. Other Awareness and Demand Generation Activities
  • Other awareness and demand generation activities include internal event management (webinars, executive breakfasts), seeking other visibility improvement opportunities, organizing participation in external events, media relations, public relations, etc.
  • Lead and/or Support Business Development and Sales Development processes and initiatives in support of company growth.
