The Job As a Growth Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational success for the Growth Marketing team of WarnerBros’ Discovery streaming service, HBO Go. We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Coordinator to be responsible for task and management of below mentioned responsibilities. To be successful, you must have excellent communication skills and a passion for organization. A good Coordinator manages project schedules meticulously and thinks on their feet to solve any problems that arise. Outlining shared responsibilities between Coordinators below. Focus areas might be different depending on the strength of each individual.
The Daily
Campaign Management

  • Consolidate and update campaign planner to reflect the right level of support and activation schedule across brand marketing (online and offline), social marketing, performance marketing, CRM, PR, partner and affiliate marketing for tentpole title campaigns.
  • Consolidate media plan / flight schedule across digital media (awareness campaign), social media, CRM and performance media support for tentpole title campaigns.
  • Central assets management supporting all teams including brand, social media, PR, performance marketing, and CRM teams on all their assets needs to prevent duplication of requests and streamlining operations.
  • Working with the creative operations team to ensure timely delivery of assets and keeping cross-functional teams informed of assets availability to ensure no delay in campaign go-live.
  • Social Media - Liaising with social agency to plan and publish social media posts and reviewing influencer assets.
  • Performance Marketing - Liaising with media agency to ensure timely campaign execution, monitoring budget pacing and flag potential delays or underperforming of campaigns.
  • Working with each functional team member and agencies to track and report campaign performances, including development of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.
Creative Operations
  • Coordination of assets, informing and sharing across to XF teams (this includes taking note of when assets are due from the Global team) to ensure timelines are met.
  • Keeping up to date with receipt of assets (includes downloading and uploading to central G-drive folder)
  • Taking note of legal guidelines for all titles (HBO Originals, Max Originals, 45-day studio titles, etc)
  • Keeping track of deliverables for various campaigns (updating g-sheet, translations, copy & campaign deck) before delivery to media agencies.
Budget Operations
  • Consolidate and update marketing expenses in shared Google Sheets for budget controlling, monitoring, and reporting for Brand, Title Campaigns, Creative Operations, Social, Performance Marketing and PR.
  • Help in raising PRs and POs in Ariba across brand, title marketing, creative services support (ie freelance, IFW, translators), social, performance, digital media campaigns (awareness campaigns) and PR.
Publicity & Activations
  • Liaising with PR agencies on media releases and reviewing localized releases before distribution.
  • Gatekeeper of PR activations tracking sheet to coordinate and gather results from PR agencies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on approvals and checking on sensitivities of campaign activations.
  • Tracking of media coverage and nominating media for junkets / screeners access in close collaboration with agencies and international publicity. This includes gathering results from territories without agency support and sending out the weekly highlights to internal stakeholders.
