Marketing Assistant, Asia Pacific (6 months contract)

As one of the top skin care companies worldwide, with a strong position in Europe and the Americas and growth accelerating in Asia, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Marketing Assistant (6 months contract) based in Singapore.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO:

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• 360 developments: strategy and content creation (launch or animation strategy, how to implement in markets, what assets do we need, brief to Global teams on Campaigns, Digital Assets, Brief Visual Merchandising regional team on staging
• Business & Market Analysis + Consumer insights (detailed analysis of our Sell Out Panel, assist to Focus Group and Consumer study to better understand the environment and consumer needs)

OTHERS:

• Oversee and lead at least 1 project independently by understanding and experiment a launch from all perspectives, including orchestrating among all internal tasks forces and working with agency. This project will allow assistant to experience marketing project from ideation, development to local implementation.

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title of Marketing Assistant (6 months contract).

YOU HAVE:

• Junior marketers or entry level staffs working in personal care/beauty industry who developed interests in marketing
• New graduates or university students who are eager to explore the world of Marketing
• Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese language will be an advantage to communicate with Asian market
• Eager to learn, and to cultivate self-challenge mindset to do things in a better way
