About AVANA Companies AVANA Companies is an AI Investment and Lending platform focused on small businesses in America along with regulated CUSO, Asset Management Firm and a FDIC Bank. Together with our growing mix of accredited investors, family offices, and institutional investors, we provide financing for permanent real estate mortgage loans under the United States SBA program, construction loans, traditional secured loans, small balance unsecured loans and bridge loans. Our company has launched two platforms recently - a small business lending platform (LendThrive\xe2\x84\xa2) that will drive online originations for small balance lending on working capital, equipment, inventory and accounts receivable. Our second platform (EqualSeat\xe2\x84\xa2) is to provide access to retail investors to co-invest with institutional investors in SME loans.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and drive investor acquisition strategy including performance, organic and integrated marketing through multiple channels including but not limited to affiliate marketing, referral programs, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO, social media, and performance marketing)
• Acquire and retain investors from top of the funnel as the company expands.
• Establish investor insights and metrics and manage all aspects of investor behavior tracking, analysis, and optimization.
• Focus on retaining and engaging already active investors and encouraging them to promote AVANA Companies in their social circle.
• Run iterative tests throughout the funnel in close collaboration with the technology team and use the results to craft data-driven strategies to acquire and retain investors.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and freelance talent to evaluate and execute strategic growth marketing projects.
• Launch a measurable platform to track investor engagement on content marketing.
• Increase EqualSeat\xe2\x84\xa2 and AVANA Fund investors month by month.

Required Education and Qualification

• Candidates with financial services experience, relevant digital experience or education, and with invest relations experience or fund raising will be given preference.
• Minimum of 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or any related degree

• Profound knowledge of web and mobile analytic systems for growth marketing and marketing attribution.
• Growth marketing mindset with a get things done attitude. You believe in the power of technology and marketing and want to be at the forefront of the limitless possibilities when merging the two.
• Ability to find creative solutions and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in the financial services industry, in particular fintech, as well as personal experience with investing is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-national environment.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems and think quickly.
• Strong attention to details, highly organized and ability to notice data discrepancies in documents.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral English).
