Your Mission
As a Test Suite Sales Specialist, you will be a solution specialist, leading our automated testing sales pursuits in an assigned territory. The team is an overlay team so you will collaborate with general sales executives to provide subject matter expertise on application testing and how the UiPath Test Suite is able to address the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs. As our Sales Specialist, you will drive proactive campaigns to build Test Suite pipeline, use specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities across enterprise and strategic customers.
What you\'ll do at UiPath
\xc2\xb7 Proactively create and drive sales pipeline; seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline for Test Suite
\xc2\xb7 Maintain knowledge of Software Testing competitors in accounts to strategically position the company\'s product and services to enable the customer to achieve transformation through testing automation
\xc2\xb7 Build relationships and go-to-market plans with key system integrators, Test Suite partners, and OEMs.
\xc2\xb7 Understand the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated and integrate this knowledge into consultative selling
\xc2\xb7 Leverage existing C level relationships in the software testing market with global accounts
\xc2\xb7 Provide support to Sales Executives and Sales Leaders in territory and provide input regarding business and deal development expertise, while ensuring seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities
\xc2\xb7 Establish a professional and consultative relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry and positioning the company as the preferred vendor for meeting all business needs
\xc2\xb7 Invest time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver sales
\xc2\xb7 Direct or coordinate supporting sales activities
What you\'ll bring to the team
\xc2\xb7 Multiple years of experience with enterprise software with 5yrs+ expertise in automated software testing.
\xc2\xb7 An understanding of DevOps, Agile development, and CI/CD concepts and tools.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to learn fast, as well as to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment evident in a hyper-growth organization.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\xc2\xb7 Nice to have: Demonstrated leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
\xc2\xb7 Nice to have: Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customers and C-level customer interface.
\xc2\xb7 This role can be based remotely in Singapore or Hong Kong
