As we strive for scale, we are looking for a Director of Go-to-market & Sales with a dynamic, co-founder mindset to join our team.

Build strong relationships with our Product team to drive strategy from bottom-up and bring into the mix your research and understanding of market opportunities and the broader competitive landscape. You will have the opportunity to hire and build a success driven marketing and sales culture within Duality. Ours being a technical platform, part of your mandate will be to cultivate external developer relations and important ecosystem partnerships. Finally, see your efforts having a very direct impact on core traction KPIs – the very heartbeat of our company.

Our jam is accurate digital twin simulation. Imagine Fortnite but with robots and humans! We build physically accurate worlds in which autonomous robots and human players can engage in real time producing high fidelity interaction data.

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the founders and the product team, develop a comprehensive GTM strategy that ranges from PR and brand positioning, prioritizing customer segments and closing sales
  • Articulate the plan, budget and resources required to execute Duality’s GTM strategy
  • Hire and manage GTM team members and resources across all key functions including PR, marketing, sales and community.
  • In this formative stage of our company, directly own all traction KPIs including customer growth, revenue retention and ARR.
  • Handle all in-bound leads using a structured process and a strategic focus.
  • For key verticals, perform all necessary marketing activities to create a robust marketing-sales funnel with robust intake of qualified leads
  • Build broader brand and community awareness of Duality’s platform, especially in the machine learning and robotics communities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in a top tier GTM org that has successfully scaled enterprise software marketing and sales in multiple markets
  • Bachelor's in engineering + MBA or equivalent
  • Proficiency with industry standard CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Proven track record in working with design, product and customer success in developing a GTM strategy from the earliest stages to overseeing execution that translates into revenue and traction KPIs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, customers and stakeholders
  • Able to adapt to the fluidity and rapid decision making intrinsic to early stage startups
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic
