Job Responsibilities: Take full ownership of Go-to-market strategy: Own, define, and refine the GTM project plan for each GTM innovation phase: verify, incubate, and launch Manages implementation and maintenance of various marketing initiatives for key categories in collaboration with internal & external partners Devise product go-to-market process, plan time-lines, launch scenarios, pricing and promotions Undertake constant competitor analysis Assists in the development and execution of short and long range marketing plans, key retailer initiatives and programs.Create and implement solutions. Update & analyze marketing data, gather new business intelligence Liaise with internal teams and transform data-led knowledge into specific strategic plans. Be informed of global product trends to ensure smooth product launches Help with all technical issues raised by retail clients, negotiating solution plans Ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirements: Minimum Bachelor degree with marketing focus. Master degree is preferred At least 2 years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, program or product management, or roles with equivalent scope. Experience in construction machinery industry is a MUST Strong project management skills; including managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and data modelling skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experienced communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams. Self-directing and self-confident leader Proven track record of success Knowledgeable in current trends
