Job Description


s:

  • Oversee day-to-day operation of restaurant.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
  • Conduct quality checks during meals, promptly addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate menu expertise to offer informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless service flow and timely orders.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
  • Assertive and adaptable, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Strong team player with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of cocktails is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience in hotel or fine dining concepts will be advantageous.
