The successful incumbent will assist the team in leading a team of Service Ambassadors in delivering excellent customer service standards and providing the visitors an exceptional visitor experience.
You will oversee the daily operational activities such as visitor registration, direction services as well as the recipient of VIP guest.
You will also manage the team in terms of training, rostering as well as evaluation of the service ensuring in the most efficient operations and optimum service level delivery.
Participate in organization process improvement projects in driving new initiatives and projects
The Requirements:
Degree Holder with 1-3 years of Hospitality or Customer Service experience (Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior Executive position)
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Empathy towards the whole healthcare climate
Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Candidate must be open to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
