Monitors, motivates, and develops activities to deliver an excellent guest experience consistently.
Prioritizes safety while instructing/managing guests in various activities and programs.
Engages proactively with guests to address queries and resolves guest situations effectively through various communication channels.
Assumes lead roles as required, such as Party Host, Program Host, Camp Leader, and/or Supervisor.
Actively promotes offerings, including memberships, events, programs, and merchandise based on guest needs.
Completes housekeeping assignments, ensuring cleanliness and safety of areas, equipment, and facilities per SOP.
Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
No prior experience required
Good communication skills
Prefer Singaporeans
Able to travel to City Hall for work (5 day work week, including work on1 weekend)
