Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Greeting guests as they enter, and issue restaurant guest card to the customer
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Monitor flow of dining venue and maximise seating capacity
- Receive guests in an approachable, professional and prompt manner
- Manage and respond to guests’ enquiries
- Engage in conversations with guests
- Handle administration duties and provide updates to reservation system.
- Other ad-hoc duties
