Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests as they enter, and issue restaurant guest card to the customer
  • Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
  • Monitor flow of dining venue and maximise seating capacity
  • Receive guests in an approachable, professional and prompt manner
  • Manage and respond to guests’ enquiries
  • Engage in conversations with guests
  • Handle administration duties and provide updates to reservation system.
  • Other ad-hoc duties
