Mon to Friday, 40 hours per work week: 8am to 5pm or 830am to 530pm or 9am to 6pm
The Role Summary
Guest Relations Officer will ensure that Executive Conference Suite users especially external visitors have an excellent experience when visiting the premise & using the facilities. This role is to help improve the Bank\'s image in terms of customer-service orientation and professionalism.
The primary responsibility of the Guest Relations Officer is to provide an exceptional customer experience and journey within the site and related organization. Guest Relations Officer always carry out their duty to the best of their ability regardless of any external considerations or events (eg. time, weather etc).
