If you love breakfast, hosting guests and takes pride in delivering quality service, we are looking for Guest Relations Officer / Front of House.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner
  • Ensure waiting area is always neat and tidy
  • In-house Reservation and Queuing System expert
  • Ensure all reservations are captured accurately into the Sevenrooms / Chope Reservation System
  • Updating of regular guest profiles in database
  • Maximize seating, dining durations and minimize no show
  • Check and ensure menus are always in clean and good condition
  • Must have a good knowledge of menu prices and composition of food and beverage items
  • Able to suggest any alternatives to guests politely if the restaurant is fully booked
  • Communicate with Management about operations and seek clarification on any pertinent matters
  • Report any guest feedback to the Manager/AGM for appropriate action, if any
  • Exercise personal hygiene through clean uniforms and grooming
  • Escort guests to their table and assist them in seating and check if they would like to have some drinks/still or sparkling water
  • Manage all phone reservations in a courteous and efficient manner
  • To acknowledge and thank all the guests when they leave the restaurant
  • Maintain good relationship with team members and back of the house
  • Perform other duties as directed

Requirements:
  • Basic qualification of N–level, O-level, Diploma or at least 1 year experience
  • Candidates with no experience are also welcomed to apply
  • Must have experiences in management of F&B restaurant experience preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Customer-oriented with a high desire for service quality.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for details.
  • Able to motivate employees to work as a team
  • Able to multi tasks and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast
  • Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
  • Able to work on Weekends / Eve and Public Holidays when rostered
  • Able to work in a team with people from different backgrounds
