Position summary statement: The incumbent is responsible for meeting guest satisfaction by supervising housekeeping operations in the front of the house and back of the house areas. He/she will assist Executive Housekeeper and his assistant to provide Housekeeping and public area services for the guests. Primary Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Supervise the operation of all Housekeeping functions in all front of the house and back of the house areas. \xc2\xb7 Supervise and coordinate with the all outside contractors for all contracted program \xc2\xb7 Establish standards of cleanliness for areas under control. \xc2\xb7 Institute policies and procedures to meet these standards. \xc2\xb7 Make regular inspections of all areas to check on public area cleaning standards, and issue necessary orders to correct shortcomings. \xc2\xb7 Ensure outside cleaning contractors perform high standards of cleaning hygiene at all times Repair & Maintenance \xc2\xb7 Maintain public area cleaning service. \xc2\xb7 Monitor condition of facilities and report defects to Engineering Department to follow up. \xc2\xb7 Work with Facilities on rehabilitation or redecorating plans. \xc2\xb7 Work with external contractor for Marble restoration program, yearly Chandelier cleaning program, high rise cleaning etc. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with outsource company for overnight cleaning schedules & projects. Pest Control Coordination

  • Coordinate with Facilities and Pest control for the elimination of pest in all public areas
  • Work with F&B Outlets & Offices and restricted areas to schedule their areas for pest elimination.
Team Member Management
  • Balance Team Members\xe2\x80\x99 working schedules to meet peak and slack periods while remaining within labour requirements.
  • Work with Outsource Company for the staff performance, Attendance and issue pertaining work.
Stock & inventories
  • Monitor cleaning chemicals and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s working condition.
  • Supervise and arrange the taking of physical inventories at the frequency determined by management.
  • Supervise the inventory cleaning supplies, ordering replacement when necessary which would be supplied by the contractor
Other Responsibilities
  • Assume other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month Benefits:
