Secondary education
A positive and keen to learn attitude
Passion to deliver exceptional levels of guest services
Able to multi-task and detail oriented
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
Competent in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of Opera system will be added advantage.
