Job Description


Main Responsibilities

  • To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
  • To process check-in/check-out including luggage assistance and collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures
  • To provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • To ensure all guests\xe2\x80\x99 information are strictly confidential for use by authorized personnel only
  • Attend to guest request and complaints and provide guest with feedback, when necessary to ensure guests\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction
  • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel\'s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  • To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments.
. Requirements
  • Secondary education
  • A positive and keen to learn attitude
  • Passion to deliver exceptional levels of guest services
  • Able to multi-task and detail oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Competent in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Opera system will be added advantage.
