Job Description

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you are responsible in directing the welcome experience whilst ensuring compliance with all policies, brand standards and satisfaction of guests? needs. You will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Welcome Desk, Concierge, and Whatever/Whenever. Make certain that areas under control meet the standards of W Singapore Sentosa Cove, set out in the hotel?s standards. Constantly ensure the creation of WOW experiences for all our guests. Conduct any tasks that may be assigned by the Welcome Manager. You will be required to deputise for the Welcome Manager and act as such in their absence. In addition, you will be responsible to train, develop and manage the performance of the talents to ensure an efficient operation. With at least Diploma in hotel management or its related discipline. Minimum 3 year experience in a supervisory capacity. Demonstrates skills, knowledge and experience in customer-service oriented environment.
