About the Team Media & Publicity Department Strengthen CPFB\'s reputation, sustain Singaporean\'s trust in CPFB schemes and systems, and influence behavioural change in members. Inform, educate and help Singaporeans understand the benefits and options they have with CPF through campaigns and mainstream, social and digital media so that they can make the best use of their savings to build a strong foundation for their retirement.What you will be working on:As a Digital & Social Media Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for executing the strategic roadmap for communication through digital and social media content for the Board, with a particular focus to create compelling, integrated, and effective native experiences for our members. You will be exposed to the full spectrum of digital and social media marketing to various segments of the population and learn to effectively manage agencies and internal stakeholders. The scope includes but not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Development of social media content (Production of TikTok videos, IG stories, static posts, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of the online community \xe2\x80\xa2 Promotion of CPF Board\'s social media platforms and content \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance and audit of digital assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of third-party content partners and social agencies What you can expect During your internship with CPF Board, you can expect: \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience in executing digital and social media marketing strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 The opportunity to work in a mission-oriented organization with a strong culture of teamwork and innovation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Skill development in copywriting and digital marketing.What we are looking for:We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: \xe2\x80\xa2 Available Full time (5 days/week) \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Digital & Social media, Marketing, Communication Studies or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Copywriting, Digital & Social Media Marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video and photography skills will be a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of social media and content management and analysis tools will be an advantage (e.g., Google Analytic and Adobe Analytics)About Central Provident Fund Board:At the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, we believe in developing individuals who are inspired to do their life\'s best work, through 3Ps: Purposeful Work, Professional Growth, People & Culture.
