Head Baker
to lead and inspire our team.
Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring production efficiency and product consistency.
Manage and supervise bakers and assistants, providing training and mentorship.
Oversee preparation of cookies, mooncakes, breads, and pastries at scale.
Innovate and refine recipes while upholding product quality and presentation standards.
Manage inventory, raw materials, and food safety compliance.
Collaborate with management to plan production schedules for festive seasons (e.g., Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival).
Build a strong team culture focused on discipline, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/senior role.
Strong expertise in
breads and cakes
is highly preferred.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team.
Solid knowledge of bakery operations, workflow, and food safety standards.
