Job Description
Monk's Brew Club is a located along East Coast Road. We focus on specialty coffee. and we are looking for a Head Bartender.
Role duties include:
Team Leadership & Training:
Supervise, and train bartending staff on cocktail recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service standards.Menu Development:
Design, implement, and update seasonal cocktail menus using innovative techniques and quality ingredients.Operational Management:
Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures and ensuring bar operations standards are strictly followed.Inventory & Cost Control:
Maintain bar inventory, order supplies from vendors, and monitor beverage costs to ensure profitability and minimal waste.Guest Experience:
Interact with customers to provide high-level service, handle complaints professionally, and build a loyal customer base by recognizing regulars' preferences.Compliance & Safety:
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including checking identification to ensure legal drinking age and monitoring customer intoxication levels.Do contact 9023 6839 for more information.
