Job Profile Summary:
The Segment Head of Branch Banking and Client Acquisition (CA) is responsible for supporting and executing sales targets and drive company and partnership objectives through effective working relationship with the bank partner while upholding PACS compliant culture, for the respective segments.
:

• Focus on delivering the desired outcomes for the 2 segments that is aligned to the company and partnership strategies
• Propose, position and execute initiatives to the respective segments that will achieve company and partnership objectives
• Develop, grow and deliver desired outcomes for new segment with bank partner – CA segment
• Lead a team of Channel Sales Managers, Segment Development Manager and sellers to support and achieve the objectives

• Experienced in account management of multi partners
• Proficient in Bancassurance sales model, both specialist and banker sales
• Excellent track record in delivering sales
• Analytical and strong problem solving abilities
• Business Development experience
• Strategic in business expansion
• Team player and people manager
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and relationship management skills; with a high degree of tact.
• Project management

Working Experience

• Degree in banking & finance with at least 15 years of relevant experience (financial institute) and a successful sales management track record

Education

• Degree in Finance/Business/Banking or relevant fields of studies

Language

• Proficient in English
