Key Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine - Proven experience managing multiple outlets' kitchens - Ability to divide responsibilities, oversee and monitor staff's progress - Good network of suppliers Responsibilities: - Ensuring that kitchen staff adhere to food hygiene regulations and procedures - Ensures customer satisfaction by making sure kitchen staff comply with restaurant quality standards in putting out food in timely manner - Training and development of kitchen staff - Plan and develop menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings and within budget and cost levels - Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
