Job Description
Based in the Tai Seng area, we are looking for committed and passionate individuals to join us as Head Chef - Zhong Zhong (Food Processor)** Dynamic & Fun Working Environment** Career Advancement Opportunities** Meals provided** Medical benefitsRole & Responsibilities:
- Provide overall supervision of production activities.
- Plan, organize and lead a team of production workers to achieve production target and output, cycle time, and yield.
- Improvement in maintaining product quality and productivity. Provide a guideline to check on processes thereby assuring that work is done by the operators.
- Monitor the daily efficiency status of the line.
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety at the workplace.
- Oversee hiring and training of food production personnel
- Ensure and to assist preparation of raw ingredients
- Assist in processing of handmade ngoh hiang products
- Deep-frying and steaming of ingredients
- Ensuring that hygiene standards are kept to at all times
- At least 5 years of relevant experience would be advantageous
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in a NON-HALAL Kitchen
- Ability to commence work within a short period of time would be advantageous
