Job Description


:

  • In charge of daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, food presentation/plating
  • Ensuring all food served is at its best quality
  • Plan menus, designing new recipes and set pricing with management team
  • Control and monitor food costs
  • Manage and maintain the kitchen hygiene standards
  • Verify all food storage units meet standards and are consistently well managed
  • Share with the restaurant team and update them on the new menus and recipes
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule to meet service and operational objectives
  • Recruit and train kitchen staff, and assess their performance
  • Obtaining feedback on food quality and handling customer complaints
  • Perform administrative duties
Requirements:
  • High responsibility and passion towards Food and Beverage
  • Candidates must at least possess Diploma in Culinary or equivalent
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
  • Be a good team leader at all times
  • Always keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position
