Head Chef (Western Food Restaurant) \xc2\xb7 Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including but not limited to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating \xc2\xb7 oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients \xc2\xb7 ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance \xc2\xb7 keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours \xc2\xb7 hires and trains new kitchen employees to restaurant and kitchen standards \xc2\xb7 manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records. \xc2\xb7 supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards \xc2\xb7 coordinates with the restaurant management team on supply orders, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing. \xc2\xb7 Any other duties as assigned by the management. Working days and working style: 5 days shift work with a lot of flexibility and autonomy to set own timings and autonomy to run the kitchen as you see fit.
