Location Singapore, Singapore

• In-depth industry research to outline a commercially successful conference program and ongoing digital content opportunities
• Research on industry trends, copywriting and conceptualizing content with team members and professionals to get market input for content writing
• Development and management of new and existing relationships with relevant market stakeholders from technology/service providers, and government officials
• Build and maintain relationship with advisory committees, recruiting and managing high profile speakers, performing effective communication with content partners, advisory committee, speakers’ bureau
• Speaker identification and acquisition of both technical and strategic (including c-suite) industry influencers and business leaders
• Overseeing technical conference call for papers campaigns and managing the submissions, review and evaluation processes
• Take part in regular internal project meetings to ensure effective communications within the team and project timelines are properly managed

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, English, Public Relations, International Relations, Information Technology, Law, Psychology, or any other related field
• Over 8 years working in the field of communications, preferably as a Senior Content Editor or Senior Content Marketer. Good knowledge of different business functions
• Experience in the management of a team, leading that team to successful accomplishment of its goals.
• Demonstrable strong written and spoken skills in English language plus one spoken Asian vernacular language is a must
• Ability to run physical and digital projects
• Willing to collaborate with internal teams to optimize the overall event performance
• Able to travel overseas, when required
