Job Description

We are seeking a

Head Cook

to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in cooking and managing kitchen staff to deliver consistently excellent dishes.


Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook

classic dishes

according to company standards. Ensure all dishes are

properly cooked, well-presented

, and consistent in quality.

Supervise kitchen operations

, ensuring all team members perform their duties efficiently. Maintain

strict hygiene and cleanliness

standards, completing daily cleaning and closing tasks. Ensure all food is

stored, prepared, and served safely

in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor

kitchen equipment condition

and arrange repairs or replacements when necessary. Assist in

inventory management

Requirements



3-5 years

of proven experience as a

Chef or Head Cook

, with hands-on experience using a variety of kitchen equipment. Strong

culinary skills

and attention to detail in food preparation. Ability to

multi-task and remain calm under pressure
