Work with [BU/FU] CIO as CPO for Delivery WoW, COO, Hive Leadership, Agile Coaches within each business unit, Transformation Leads for each Business/ Function Unit, Group Transformation Office (GTO) and key stakeholders to develop, maintain and communicate strategic vision, accountable in translating CPO strategic vision into executable WoW roadmap.
Bring the standards set by GTO, Delivery WoW Competency to life in [BU/FU] including leading the implementation of Priority 2 and evolution of our Group Delivery WoW Strategy.
Represent [BU/FU] Delivery WoW in relevant Directional Scrums and working Groups.
In partnership with embedded GTO Agile Coaches and stakeholders, lead the strategic design and implementation of the Delivery WoW initiatives and outcomes, supporting [BU/FU] and uplifting Delivery WoW capabilities to drive outcomes that support SCB\xe2\x80\x99s processes and client experience to be simpler, faster, better.
Responsible for delivery of agreed outcomes on standard metrics/scorecards aligned to the 90-day backlog for [BU/FU] Delivery WoW unified backlog across business, operations and technology.

Ensure the voice of client / end user is represented by working with the BU TL\xe2\x80\x99s, Business Sponsors and Business Outcome Owners to determine value-based items for the backlog each quarter across [BU/FU]
Ensure all items of work have direct linkage to the [BU/FU] Transformation Scorecard, the business needs and ensure this is tracked quarterly via clearly defined, communicated and visible OKR\xe2\x80\x99s.
Regularly update the [BU/FU] Transformation Lead\xe2\x80\x99s, Business Sponsors, Core Team, CPO\xe2\x80\x99s, and stakeholders on the progress of the overall Delivery WoW Transformation, value being delivered, blockers or help items.
Identify and make transparent (AND LEAD REMOVAL OF) organisational impediments constraining productivity, quality, flow, early risk mitigation and continuous improvement
Regular review of Global Delivery WoW metrics to ensure transparency to stakeholders and in line with the quarterly plan.
Support CIO to chair [BU/FU] level Delivery WoW forums such as Directional Scrum, Big room planning, and MPR/QPR. Ensure adequate preparation/inputs into relevant forums through coordination with respective Stakeholders and Agile Coaches.
Evangelize and be the ambassador for [BU/FU] Delivery WoW.

Demonstrated ability to realize outcomes and benefits on transformation such as engineering productivity, efficiency, and quality
