What the role is:Lead, direct and manage the digital content team within the Strategic Communications department to produce timely and relevant content across HTX\'s official website and social media platforms, with the objective of supporting the vision and mission of HTX and increasing engagement with potential target audiences within corporate guidelines.What you will be working on:

• Develop content strategies and guidelines, QC and approve content to ensure they support HTX\'s business goals. a) Content planning and editorial calendar management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Tell authentic stories about HTX to share with employees and external community about our people, our culture and what we do to keep Singapore safe and secure. a) Collaborate with and understand the goals and messages of key stakeholders and deliver it to the intended target audiences. b) Create compelling and engaging content, including videos, comics, animation, infographics, photos, copy, etc., to tell our stories. \xe2\x80\xa2 Content optimisation initiatives to improve search engine visibility, engagement metrics, and lead generation to support talent recruitment. a) Monitor and analyse content performance using relevant metrices and tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up-to-date with emerging content marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into our content strategy. a) Conduct market scanning and research on industry trends and audience behaviour to identity content opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in related discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess at least 10 to 12 years of relevant skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive, Meticulous, Creative \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent sensing of news and happenings around the globe, in Singapore and within HTX and the Home Team \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to think critically, analytically and strategically \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of platforms and target audience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong storytelling skills to distill complex ideas into effective narratives All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
