you will act as a professional legal advisor, trusted governance counsellor and reliable business partner including legal support to various business stakeholders in achieving the targets and managing organizational risks.

You will negotiate complex agreements, analyze risks and render practical/solutions-oriented advice in a wide variety of matters relating to distribution, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, ecommerce, digital connectivity, leasing, product liability, marketing/advertising claims, dispute resolution, data privacy, anti-bribery and consumer experience.
You will work in close cooperation with several business units and other staff functions.
As we are a truly international company, this may as well involve our other legal teams across the world.
You will manage contacts with external parties such as law firms and authorities.
You are available for travel to the various offices in Southeast Asia & India on a need-to basis.
Requirements:
Be qualified to practice law in Singapore or any country in Southeast Asia
A proven track record in working with general commercial matters (at least eight years) within an international environment such as reputable business law firm and/or as an in-house counsel at a multinational company.
Experience from working in a direct to consumer or ecommerce environment is desired but not a requirement.
Fluent in English and one other language in Southeast Asia.
